By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. General Conditions

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
  • You agree not to use our Site for unlawful purposes.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However:

  • Colors may vary based on your screen
  • Carat weights, measurements, and production times may vary
  • Natural stones and handmade pieces may have slight variations

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

4. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order
  • Limit quantities
  • Request verification before fulfilling an order

5. Processing Times

  • In stock items ship the next business day
  • Made to order items require approximately 1 to 4 weeks
  • Expedited shipping does not reduce production time

Rush requests may be accommodated when possible but are not guaranteed.

6. Shipping Policy

  • We ship exclusively through FedEx
  • Shipping is fully insured up to 100,000 dollars
  • Complimentary shipping on all orders
  • We ship within the United States only
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes

Shipping Options

  • FedEx Overnight, arrives next business day
  • FedEx Two Day, arrives in 1 to 2 business days

Transit times apply only after processing and production are complete.

7. Signature Requirements

  • All orders valued at 1,000 dollars or more require a signature upon delivery
  • If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If a package is lost or stolen before it is marked Delivered, we will replace it with the same or an equal or greater value item
  • No police or insurance report is required
  • Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, Dina Mor Jewelry is no longer responsible

9. Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery
  • Items must be returned in their original condition with all certifications
  • Custom or engraved items are not eligible
  • Returns and exchanges are available to domestic customers only
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping
  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after inspection
  • No restocking fees
  • Exchanges are complimentary within 10 days
  • Made to order pieces cannot be exchanged

10. Resizing and Repairs

Resizing

  • One complimentary resizing within 30 days of purchase
  • Eternity bands, pavé rings, and certain designs cannot be resized

Repairs

  • Repairs are not complimentary
  • Items may be shipped or delivered to our New York City office
  • Repairs typically take one week
  • We provide insurance coverage for items shipped to us for service

11. Warranty

At this time, Dina Mor Jewelry does not offer a warranty.
Routine maintenance, wear and tear, lost stones, misuse, and third party alterations are not covered.

12. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information.

13. Third Party Services

We are not responsible for third party websites, services, or tools linked to from our Site.

14. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, designs, and branding are the property of Dina Mor Jewelry and may not be used without written permission.

15. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Losses caused by shipping carriers
  • Delays beyond our control
  • Product misuse
  • Website interruptions

Our total liability is limited to the purchase amount paid.

16. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
