Processing Times
We work hard to ensure every order is handled with care.
- In stock items ship the next business day.
- Made to order pieces require approximately 1 to 4 weeks for production.
- Production timelines apply regardless of the shipping method selected. Choosing expedited shipping does not shorten production time.
If you need your order sooner, please email us. We will do our best to accommodate rush requests, although rush approval is not guaranteed.
Shipping Information
All orders are shipped with the highest level of security and handling.
- We ship exclusively through FedEx.
- Shipping is fully insured up to 100,000 dollars.
- We offer complimentary shipping on all orders.
- We currently ship within the United States only.
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
Shipping Options
- FedEx Overnight: arrives next business day
- FedEx Two Day: arrives within 1 to 2 business days
Transit times apply only after processing or production is complete.
Signature Requirements
For your protection, all orders valued at 1,000 dollars or more require a signature upon delivery. This requirement is mandatory and cannot be waived.
If a package is returned to us due to several failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Your order is protected while in transit.
- If a package is lost or stolen before it is marked Delivered, we will replace it with the same piece or a piece of equal or greater value.
- You are not required to file a police report or insurance claim.
- Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, Abe Mor is no longer responsible.
