Returns and Exchanges
We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer both returns and exchanges.
- Returns and exchanges are available within 10 days of delivery.
- Items must be sent back in their original condition and must include any required certifications, such as diamond grading reports.
- Custom orders and engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns and exchanges are available to domestic customers only.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the item is received and inspected.
- We do not charge restocking fees.
Exchanges
- Exchanges for different sizes, styles, or stones are permitted within the 7 day window.
- Exchanges are complimentary.
- Made to order pieces cannot be exchanged.
Resizing and Repairs
Resizing
We offer one complimentary resizing within 30 days of purchase.
Please note that eternity bands, pavé rings, and certain designs cannot be resized.
Repairs
We do not offer complimentary repairs.
If you need a repair, email us to begin the process. You may ship your piece or bring it directly to our New York City office. Repairs are typically completed within one week. We provide insurance coverage for items mailed in for repair or resizing.
Warranty
At this time, Abe Mor does not offer a warranty.
Routine maintenance, wear and tear, lost stones, misuse, and third party alterations are not covered.
