My Story

My story begins on 47th Street in New York’s Diamond District.

I grew up in my father’s pearl booth in the 1970s, spending school breaks matching pearls and colored stones. My father supplied pearls to designers who would go on to define American jewelry, including David Yurman, Judith Ripka, Penny Preville, and others. Being surrounded by that world from such a young age gave me an instinctive understanding of quality, detail, and craftsmanship.

After having my second child, I built The Knitting Place, a creative space known for color, texture, and community. The discipline and artistry that shaped my life there refined my eye for design and deepened my appreciation for handwork.

Today, I am not leaving knitting behind. I am simply expanding my creative universe.

Dina Mor Jewelry brings together my family’s diamond district heritage and my lifelong love of design. My collection includes refined diamond classics along with unique, one of a kind pieces. Everything is rooted in timeless craftsmanship and elevated with a modern sense of elegance.

Every piece reflects my story, warm and authentic, influenced by the sophistication of New York’s jewelry tradition.
